Patches

Meet Patches, a one-year-old Pittie who is cared for deeply by her dad Wyatt. Wyatt reached out to his social worker with Union Station Homeless Solutions in Los Angeles looking for help with receiving veterinary care for Patches, who he thought was experiencing some ear issues. Thankfully, his social worker was familiar with Project Street Vet and thought to reach out to us for some assistance.

Wyatt shared, β€œPatches is all I have and I thank you Project Street Vet for helping one of my family members." Thanks to your support and donations, Patches got the necessary veterinary help she needed!

Through our financial assistance program, we were able to get Wyatt and Patches an appointment at a nearby pet hospital where upon exam, they determined that Patches did have an ear infection requiring treatment. Patches was also due for updated vaccines and some flea/tick prevention, which she was also able to receive that day. It may not sound like much, but Wyatt was overwhelmed with joy to receive this help for Patches, his family, to keep her happy and healthy.
